Payment Methods

You will need to provide at least one valid payment method (credit card or Paypal account) in order to make a transaction within the TriviaMania.com cashier. Depending on the payment method selected you may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes. For credit card purchases, only the last four digits of your credit card are recorded for reference. For your protection, TriviaMania.com will never display your entire credit card number. Transactions

Transactions are operations involving the transfer of funds from one wallet to another. This includes gaming and non-gaming transactions. Gaming transactions consist of those taking place in the game lobby and interface. Non-gaming transactions include member's initiated operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and withdrawal reversals and service-initiated events (e.g., bonus rewards).

Deposits – Players are free to make an unlimited number of deposits at any given time for any amount. For your protection, we may impose a limit on the total sum of purchases in a single week. The minimum purchase amount is $10. Once we have received confirmation from your bank the funds will be applied to your TriviaMania.com account. TriviaMania.com only accepts purchases in US Dollars (USD). In the event that you wish to make a purchase using another currency, the purchase will be converted using the conversion rate of the Bank or Credit Card Company that you deal with on the date of purchase (exchange fees may apply).

Withdrawals – Players are free to make any number of withdrawals at any given time. The minimum amount for withdrawals is $20. The funds are immediately deducted from your account balance immediately following the approval of the withdrawal request. Please allow approximately 72 hours for your request to be processed. Funds are considered to be in "pending" status during this period. During this pending period, you may cancel (or "reverse") your withdrawal.

Reverse Withdrawal – Should a player wish to make a deposit to his/her account yet still has funds pending, they may request to cancel the withdrawal and reinstate the pending funds to their account balance.

Bonuses – TriviaMania.com bonuses are real money bonuses that are added directly to your account balance. Any bonuses received are yours to with play and the winnings are yours to keep. However, bonus withdrawals are subject to our bonus rules before being withdrawn from your account balance.

Reporting

TriviaMania.com's reports are designed to give you a detailed view of any and all actions related to your account balance. The transaction report summarizes deposits and withdrawals and their current, pending or completed status.
